壹加壹港式火鍋店是一間非傳統的食店，主張創新意念，而此意念帶領我們開設一人一鍋火鍋店，我們提供形形色色，琳瑯滿目，讓人齒頰留香的特色火鍋食材給客人選，各種惹味的火锅湯底－茲補鯊魚骨火锅湯、醉雞火锅湯、台灣麻辣火锅湯、咸菜潮州火锅湯、澳門豬骨火锅湯，香濃雪菜魚火锅湯、另各式健康湯底等……。 除了火锅湯底外，我們也有各種材料鮮美的香港廚師自製手打肉丸；特有的火锅醬料吧〈提供超過十五款醬料選擇〉 一口食物，一口湯 真是涮涮鍋的至高美食！

Plus One Shabu Shabu Imbi is one of the best steamboat / shabu shabu restaurant in town ! It serves with unique Hong Kong style individual shabu shabu pot with 19 unique shabu shabu soup base broth and more than 15 of our shabu shabu secret sauces.
